We developed the manually adding applications feature in a bit of a rush for Sumo-lings, and unfortunately that sacrificed some UX steps that we usually pay attention to. Right now, the result is that when there is a manually generated transaction, the only way to delete it is to Change Spend > Mark as free / change the price from a certain date - which isn't obvious for the end-user. We really need to figure out a way to make this as simple as possible to understand and manage.
